Online Training Programs:

IDN Consultores offers its training programs in its ONLINE format allowing trainees time flexibility, cost reduction and adaptability to the learning rhythms, the online training programs are offered in the following modalities:

  • Online training in Real Time (synchronous): It is online training that allows virtual interaction of all participants in the time the training is executed.
  • Online Training without Real Time Coincidence (Asynchronous): It is online training in which trainees and trainers act at different spaces of time. This allows the trainees, through tutorial videos, documentation, material and online activities, to develop their learning process, which is accompanied by specific tutoring sessions, evaluation and feedback from the assigned trainer, allowing self-study to reinforce learning.
  • Semi-attendance Training (Blended Learning): This modality combines face-to-face and virtual training in a single type of training that streamlines the work of both the trainer and the participant. The instructional methodological design of the program includes on-line activities such as face-to-face, pedagogically structured, so that the desired learning is facilitated.

Outdoor Training

It is a training program of high emotional impact that focused on experiential learning, through activities and outdoor dynamics followed by an analysis session using Mentoring and Coaching methodologies, participants discover, learn and incorporate knowledge, skills and the specific behaviors that will lead them to develop personally, improving the performance and efficiency of the team.
